Patrick D. Conner is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Conner's practice is concentrated in complex business and commercial litigation in federal and state courts, with a particular focus on litigation in the global financial services arena. He represents major corporations, global financial institutions, and their officers and directors in a wide variety of litigation matters. These matters include shareholder class actions, derivative suits, arbitrations, mediations, and investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, self-regulatory organizations, and various state securities regulators.
