Patrick Brennan is member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group counseling clients, from universities to small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Patrick actively engages in the preparation, prosecution and enforcement of U.S. and foreign patents most often in the mechanical arts. For example, he has extensive experience in a wide range of absorbent products, baby care products, nursing products, recreational products, processing and manufacturing equipment, pest control devices and medical apparatus. Within this array of technologies, Patrick gets to see innovation in action as he guides clients through the patenting process.
