  • Perry S. Granof is Of Counsel at Williams Kastner and Managing Director at Granof International Group LLC, where he provides insurance consulting services for directors and officers liability and professional indemnity insurance, specializing in international exposures. Prior to founding Granof International Group, he served as Vice President and Claims Counsel with Chubb Specialty Claims, where he was responsible for overseeing the direct handling of complex directors and officers liability insurance and professional indemnity lawsuits filed against non-U.S. insureds and U.S. insureds sued outside of the United States. Mr. Granof joined Chubb in May 1990 after having managed the Directors and Officers Liability Insurance Claims Department for Continental Insurance Company. Mr. Granof's insurance career spans over 25 years. In that time, he has written several papers and spoken throughout the United States, Europe, the Pacific Rim and South America on directors and officers liability insurance issues.
