  • Peter’s practice focuses on transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity transactions, private equity fund formation, bank finance and securities offerings. He has advised a number of different clients, both domestic and foreign, including investment banks, issuers, private equity funds and venture capital funds, commercial banks and other investors.

    Peter is also a member of the Economic Recovery and Government Opportunities Practice, where he is responsible for analyzing for clients the various new government programs that provide transactional opportunities to purchase distressed assets with government financing and that intend to establish enhanced oversight and regulation of financial institutions, public companies and private investment funds.
