  • Philip J. Faccenda, Jr. is the Managing Partner in the South Bend, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal finance, corporate transactions, and state and local taxation.

    Mr. Faccenda regularly counsels and assists clients in financing transactions and general corporate matters, and he also assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of businesses. Mr. Faccenda serves as bond counsel in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt financings, including transactions for local government capital projects, non-profit facilities, school corporation capital projects, economic development and redevelopment projects, and manufacturing facilities. He has also acted as counsel to underwriters in similar types of financings.

    Mr. Faccenda has also represented clients in matters of state and local taxation, including property tax abatement matters.
