Professional Biography:
Pierre Brochet is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Advisory Practice Group. His practice focuses on cross-border financings, including bank lending, equity and debt capital markets, structured finance, securitisation and derivatives. Pierre is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an avocat in Paris and shares his time between the Paris and London offices of the Firm.

Pierre advises on a wide range of finance transactions, from acquisition finance to working capital loans, equity and debt securities issuances including convertible and eurobond issues, euro-commercial paper and medium term notes, as well as on the refinancing or restructuring of debt and the rescheduling of defaulted bonds. Pierre has also advised on many credit-linked note issuances, asset-backed commercial paper transactions, exchange traded fund transactions, credit derivatives and on various types of securitisations.
