  • Rachel Goldman has wide-ranging litigation experience in both the private and public sectors. She has represented institutional and corporate clients facing a variety of issues, including employment and discrimination claims, government regulation, complex commercial matters, securities fraud, eminent domain, First Amendment and libel actions, trademark infringement, contested bankruptcy matters, and challenges under the commerce clause. Additionally, Ms. Goldman's tenure as in-house counsel and consultant provides a valuable perspective of client objectives, including dispute resolution prior to litigation.
     
    Before joining Bracewell & Giuliani, Ms. Goldman was a Vice-President at Giuliani Partners LLC, where she served as both in-house counsel and management consultant. Ms. Goldman advised Giuliani Partners on various matters, such as contracts, employment, joint ventures, intellectual property, conflicts of interest, compliance, and public hearings. Ms. Goldman also served as acting general counsel for Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC.
