  • Ran is an International Attorney in the Corporate & Securities Section, and works in Mintz Levin's DC office.* He joined the firm in May 2007 as a Legal Advisor. He focuses on venture capital financing transactions, advising both companies and investors on international commercial transactions. He also advises venture capital investors on their investments in Israeli companies.

    Ran started his legal career in Israel in 2000. Prior to joining Mintz Levin as a Legal Advisor, he was a senior associate in a prominent Israeli law firm. During his career in Israel, Ran represented founders, start-up companies and venture capital funds in scores of venture financing transactions and international commercial transactions. He maintains a working relationship with some of Israel's leading law firms in the venture capital sector, as well as with several prominent Israeli venture capital firms.

    Prior to starting his legal career, Ran served as a member of the Israeli Defense Forces and holds the rank of Captain (ret.). He is a member of the Israeli Bar* and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
