Rebecca Covell represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, contract disputes, and cases brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state laws regulating the workplace. Rebecca also consults and advises employers on a wide range of human resources matters, including personnel policies and procedures, employment contracts, trade secrets and non-compete agreements, discipline and discharge matters, drug and alcohol testing, and employee privacy rights.
