Rita Weeks is an intellectual property litigation associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Rita specializes in litigation matters involving claims for trademark infringement, counterfeiting and dilution; copyright infringement; trade dress infringement; false advertising and unfair competition; and Internet-related disputes. Rita possesses substantial experience representing clients in a variety of industries before federal and state courts, in arbitration and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
