Drew is a transactional attorney. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and finance, commercial lending, and estate planning. He services clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Drew understands deals and helps clients through the entire process from the early structuring, to negotiating terms, and finally the closing obligations. As a native Kentuckian, Drew has a natural affinity and background in both the natural resources and equine industries. He routinely represents natural resource clients, including coal producers, oil and gas companies, investors, lenders and others in connection with the purchase and sale, leasing, development, and extraction of minerals. Additionally, Drew’s experience working on a thoroughbred farm as well as being a thoroughbred owner affords him the ability to offer insightful advice to individuals involved in the equine industry. He regularly represents equine interests including those of trainers and owners.
