Robert F. Simon is a shareholder at Vedder Price P.C. and has practiced executive compensation, employee benefits, estate and financial planning, tax and business law since 1982.
Mr. Simon counsels and represents executives and boards of directors and their committees in the design, negotiation and implementation of employment and severance arrangements, and executive compensation, stock and other incentive compensation programs. On employee benefits matters, Mr. Simon counsels clients on the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified pension, profit sharing, savings and other retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, employee benefits aspects of business transactions, and employment rights. Mr. Simon also advises companies and individuals on retirement planning, estate and financial planning, and on tax and closely held business matters.
