Robert J. Bittman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Bittman focuses his practice on areas that affect multinational corporations in a globalized economy, including complex frauds, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, international data privacy laws, and corporate governance.

Mr. Bittman regularly represents Fortune 100 companies and individuals around the world in connection with criminal and regulatory investigations before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Departments of Justice, State, Commerce, and Treasury, as well as in parallel civil and administrative proceedings.
