Rob Tammero is a partner in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Tammero represents companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance. He advises buyers and sellers of businesses and assets, investors, and companies raising capital. Mr. Tammero’s practice includes representation of financial institutions and their holding companies, FinTech companies, investment funds, and other financial service providers in corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters.
