Robert R. Martinelli counsels clients through all aspects of tax controversy and tax litigation. Robert’s litigation experience includes representing clients in the US Tax Court, US District Courts and the Court of Federal Claims as well as appellate advocacy in the US Courts of Appeals. He also advises clients in administrative proceedings with the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as well as state tax authorities. Robert was a law clerk to a US Tax Court judge before joining Morgan Lewis.
