Bob Lemon is a partner in Jones Walker's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group and practices from the firm's New Orleans office. He has 30 years of experience in both litigation and transactions, handling all aspects of domestic and international maritime law. His litigation and transactional practices have emphasized the handling of marine collisions and allisions, cargo and charter party disputes, marine insurance disputes, marine pollution, towage, salvage, general average, maritime liens, pipeline ruptures, and U.S. Coast Guard proceedings. He regularly represents shipowners, ship operators and managers, charterers, towboat and barge line owners and operators, terminals, shipyards, cargo owners, hull underwriters and P&I underwriters.
