Rosalind H. Read focuses her practice on transactional entertainment, media and intellectual property matters. Rosalind works on domestic and international complex entertainment financing transactions representing borrowers, banks and private investors in debt, mezzanine and equity transactions. She also represents, independent motion picture and television production companies, digital media companies, sales agencies, independent producers, showrunners, writers, directors, on-screen talent and musicians in all aspects of entertainment finance, development, production and distribution.
