Russell Lamb has more than 15 years of experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters covering collective consultation, board disputes, team moves, whistleblowing, the employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, and litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. Russell has particular experience in the UK Transfer of Undertakings legislation and defending Employment Tribunal discrimination claims.
