Ryan S. Carlson is an Associate in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on the representation of management in employment litigation matters with an emphasis on defense primarily against claims of alleged wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and whistle-blowing.

Mr. Carlson also counsels employers with regard to workplace policies and manuals, and general litigation avoidance. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C, he worked at a prominent regional law firm in New Jersey where he worked exclusively on behalf of management regarding employment related disputes and general employment counseling. Mr. Carlson also began his career as an associate at a Middlesex County law firm where he represented employees and labor unions in various matters in Federal and State Courts, the Office of Administrative Law, the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, Arbitration Hearings and various other administrative courts.
