Sarah Platt is a member of the Labor and Employment Law and Immigration Sections of von Briesen & Roper’s Business Practice Group.
Sarah represents public and private sector clients in all areas of employment law, including proceedings before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. She also provides counsel to employers regarding harassment and discrimination, FMLA, employment and separation agreements, and other personnel issues. She also assists clients with immigration matters, including temporary and permanent employment-based immigrant petitions.
