Sarah handles all aspects of estate and business succession planning, including the preparation and implementation of all wills, trusts and powers of attorney, special needs trusts, charitable planning, structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies, and probate and trust administration. She also drafts prenuptial agreements to clarify ownership of property between spouses and the disposition of property in the event of divorce or death.
