  • Sarah Sandok Rabinovici is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. Ms. Rabinovici represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and nonmerger civil matters. She has experience with premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, international merger control, merger investigations, and Second Requests.

    Ms. Rabinovici has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice (DOJ), prepared dozens of HSR filings, and coordinated competition filings around the world for multimillion- and billion-dollar transactions. She has represented clients in significant antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and publishing industries, among others. Ms. Rabinovici also has experience representing clients before the FTC for investigations under Section 5 of the FTC Act.
