Sarah is a member of the Corporate Department focusing her practice on all aspects of real estate law, including zoning and development. Sarah combines litigation experience with real estate transactional experience to provide clients with a real estate litigation resource. Her experience with real estate litigation includes evictions (defense and prosecution), foreclosures (prosecution), zoning appeals, property tax challenges and appeals, and appropriation defense. Specifically, Sarah has managed a portfolio of commercial foreclosures for a nationwide lender, obtained a conditional use and variance for a health care clinic, and assisted with several property tax appeals, including one that was appealed to the Supreme Court of Ohio. Sarah's transactional experience includes leasing for clients with properties across the United States.
