Sean J. Radomski is part of a team of litigation lawyers who provide services in a wide range of areas including environmental matters, toxic torts, products liability, and consumer fraud. Sean also counsels clients on regulatory matters, specializing in the recently-amended Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and its implementing regulations. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sean clerked for Judge Colin Lindsay in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and Judge Michael Hogan in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.
