Sean P. Duffy is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Duffy's practice focuses on conducting internal investigations and representing clients in criminal and civil cases involving allegations of price-fixing and monopolization. He also assists clients in responding to Request for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (Second Requests) from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. In addition to his Antitrust Practice, Mr. Duffy has assisted clients with internal investigations in relation to possible insider trading, stock options backdating, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
