  • Sherry L. Dominick practices employee benefits law, including qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation, executive compensation, health, welfare and fringe benefit planning, and flexible benefits planning for both taxable and tax-exempt employers. She is also experienced in handling the employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

    Ms. Dominick has lectured extensively in the field, including programs for the Connecticut Bar Association, The Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Westchester/ Fairfield Corporate Counsel Association, Inc. She is a member of the Taxation Committees of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations, and a member of the Westchester/Fairfield Corporate Bar.

    Ms. Dominick holds a B.A. degree summa cum laude from Yale University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.
