Stephanie Barclay is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, where she practices in the areas of Government Contracts, Health Care, and Litigation.  Ms. Barclay has represented clients in the information technology, health care, defense, and pharmaceutical industries on issues ranging from regulatory compliance to corporate acquisitions.  Ms. Barclay also has experience advising clients on complex pricing requirements and drug discount programs created under the Veterans Health Care Act.

Ms. Barclay has argued cases in the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings and the D.C. Superior Court and assisted with litigation in federal district court.  Ms. Barclay has also helped prepare briefs in multiple appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
