Stephen Choi’s practice focuses on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters in the insurance and financial services industries arising under state insurance laws, federal and state securities laws, and related agency rules and regulations.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Stephen served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Amit P. Mehta of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He also completed internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Investment Management, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Enforcement. He is fluent in Korean.
