Steve Fink is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Fort Wayne, Indiana office and the Fort Wayne Administrator of the Financial, Insolvency and Restructuring Department. His practice is divided equally among bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real estate matters. His creditor representation ranges from preparation of loan documentation to loan enforcement in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts. Mr. Fink's enforcement of loan documentation has led to frequent involvement in the sale of real and personal property, including office buildings, strip malls, hotels, apartment buildings, a swimming complex, a marina, incomplete housing developments, incomplete industrial parks, a funeral home, manufacturing facilities, and farming operations. These experiences have led to varied representations of businesses involved in real estate development or other real estate matters wholly unrelated to any lending difficulties. He also regularly represents landowners in eminent domain matters and land use litigation.
