Mr. Small's practice focuses on real estate, construction, finance, and bankruptcy. He advises clients on acquisitions and sales, financing, commercial leasing, secured and unsecured financing transactions, mergers, asset and stock purchases, and loan workouts and restructurings.

Mr. Small represents clients in business transactions, entity formation, corporate and partnership reorganizations, estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer. Mr. Small has an extensive business background as well, and holds both a B.S. degree in Finance and M.B.A. degree with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Small is admitted to practice in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation.
