Stuart M. Feinblatt has over thirty years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer. He concentrates his practice on defending business entities in complex disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Feinblatt has been active in the area of product liability litigation, particularly in cases brought against the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer product industries. In these cases, he has played a leading role in all aspects of pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings in several jurisdictions. Mr. Feinblatt has or is currently serving, with other members of the Firm, as national litigation defense counsel defending several mass torts, including diet drugs, hormone replacement therapy, generic acne medication and latex glove products liability litigation. Mr. Feinblatt has also been called upon by pharmaceutical and medical device companies to provide legal and regulatory advice.
Mr. Feinblatt also has extensive experience in general commercial litigation matters involving several industries. He has represented several corporations defending class actions involving claims of consumer fraud and related allegations, among others. Mr. Feinblatt also has substantial experience in either seeking or defending against requests for preliminary and final injunctive relief.
