Preston Lloyd focuses his practice on general commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of commercial real estate and matters related to land use. His experience includes the representation of regional and national developers in connection with the acquisition, development and construction of multi-family housing intended to qualify for federal low-income housing tax credits. He also has experience in matters involving conditional zoning, variances, permitting and local economic development incentives.
