Mr. Dunleavy focuses his practice on gaming law, Tribal law, gaming regulatory matters and government relations. He has represented casino companies, suppliers, manufacturers and racetrack operators in numerous domestic and international jurisdictions, including: Arizona, California, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, the National Indian Gaming Commission; and, internationally: Argentina, Cambodia, Mexico, Mongolia, Northern Marianas Islands, Panama, Philippines, Spain and Uruguay.
Mr. Dunleavy previously served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a major slot machine manufacturer and as a senior gaming regulator in two jurisdictions. He is also a former member of the Wisconsin Gaming Commission. During his tenure with the Commission, Mr. Dunleavy worked on behalf of the Governor to lead state-tribal negotiations of the first gaming compacts with Wisconsin’s eleven Tribal nations.
