Thomas J. Keefe counsels clients in the investment management industry, including investment companies and investment advisers. He has prepared registration statements and has handled other securities filing and compliance matters.
T.J. was previously a judicial intern for the Honorable James Knoll Gardner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before attending law school, he was a teacher at KIPP New Orleans Schools and a Teach for America corps member in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
