Tim Tryniecki represents developers, financial institutions, utilities, corporate owners, governmental bodies, and other public and private entities in all aspects of real estate law.

Much of his practice involves energy project developments, including negotiation of incentives, acquisition, land use permitting, leasing, disposition and infrastructure projects. He also handles large-scale utility condemnations for infrastructure corridors.

For developers and investors, Tim finds common ground to optimize discretionary approvals and other value that can be added to make projects economically feasible. He provides special guidance on local, state, and federal tax and redevelopment incentives, such as Missouri Chapter 100 property tax abatement, as well as other forms of property tax abatement, structuring public/private development relationships, urban renewal law, real estate expansion, and renewable energy projects.
