Véronique Collin is a partner based in our Paris office. She has over 25 years of banking and finance experience, mainly advising financial institutions, and spent almost 20 years at a Magic Circle firm.
Véronique advises French and foreign credit institutions, arrangers, corporates, investment funds, and guarantors. Her multinational and cross-border transactional expertise covers the entire spectrum of issues, including asset and structured finance, securitization, distressed debt, real estate financing, and restructurings.
Véronique has played a vital role in training, coaching and mentoring members of her team, as well as providing training on a range of banking and finance issues for her clients.
