  • Mr. DeSimone concentrates his practice on matters associated with the development of residential and commercial real estate with a focus on land use, litigation, municipal real property tax appeals, renewable energy development and agreements.

    He represents clients in securing commercial and residential land use development approvals from municipal, county and state boards and associated regulatory agencies. Mr. DeSimone also drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements on behalf of individuals and corporate clients.

    Mr. DeSimone has extensive experience in preparing applications to state and county agricultural boards for agricultural designations. He is skilled in municipal real property tax appeals of farmland assessment determinations as well as tax appeals of residential and commercial properties.
