William E. Keenen focuses his practice on trust and estate matters, including with respect to domestic and international tax and estate planning. He has experience in the areas of multigenerational wealth transfer, life insurance, post-mortem tax and pre-immigration planning, complex trust and estate administration and cross-border investment. William has represented clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service, including in income and estate tax and offshore voluntary disclosure matters, and obtained 501(c)(3) status for a private school.
