William E. Padgett is a partner in the Litigation Department in the Indianapolis, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He has had a broad-based litigation practice, representing clients in matters involving product liability and toxic torts, premises liability, insurance coverage and procurement claims, and a variety of commercial claims. More recently, Mr. Padgett’s practice primarily has included complex litigation involving the defense of toxic tort personal injury lawsuits brought against product manufacturers, and commercial cases involving claims of product defects or non-performance.
