Bill brings more than 20 years of legal experience to a wide-ranging employee benefits and executive compensation practice. Bill works with employers to design and draft qualified retirement plans. He assists with IRS and U.S. Department of Labor regulatory matters involving retirement plans and resolves disputes with these governing bodies. Bill also has experience helping companies draft and administer nonqualified plans, health care plans and other welfare benefit plans. In addition, Bill has significant experience assisting clients with ERISA-related litigation, including fiduciary duty matters. Bill’s practice also includes counseling corporate boards on executive compensation matters, including deferred compensation arrangements, equity (stock option) plans and other complex forms of executive compensation
