For more than twenty-five years, Bill Natbony has devoted his practice to the prosecution and defense of insurance and health care litigation as well as general commercial litigation matters, with particular emphasis and experience in the areas of financial and mortgage fraud, insurance law, no fault, business fraud, RICO, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, administrative agency rulemaking and employment disputes. In so doing, he has represented numerous insurance companies, re-insurers, banks, nursing homes, hospitals, physicians, physician management groups and provider associations. He has substantial experience litigating against state and municipal entities.
