Ms. Wei's practice focuses on the areas of cross-border transactions, with the majority of them China-related, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, general corporate matters, international trade dispute and IP protection. Ms. Wei is experienced with extensive transactions including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate compliance, and private equity. She also has experience in the resolution of Chinese-foreign business disputes, IP licensing structure, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
