SPEAKER INFO

David Gillay of Barnes & Thornburg

Before joining the Barnes & Thornburg in 2001, Mr. Gillay obtained an advanced environmental engineering degree and practiced as an environmental consultant on various projects across the country. Mr. Gillay's legal practice primarily concentrates on the following subjects: underground storage tank regulation; Brownfields projects; environmental due diligence including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II subsurface investigations, and evaluating remedial cost estimates; and managing environmental liability in business transactions.

Kent Johnson, August Mack Environmental

Mr. Johnson has been with August Mack since 1995 and started his career providing technical support to projects that focused on the acquisition and management of real estate (Phase I/II, mold, asbestos, indoor air quality). As the company grew, August Mack identified the need for a practice group that was solely dedicated to real estate transactions and management services. Mr. Johnson was a practice leader for that service area in August Mack's Indianapolis Office for nearly 10 years and has spent the past 5 years in August Mack's corporate office directing that same service area focus across an office footprint that includes the States of Missouri, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
