Seminar, Hosted By Covington & Burling LLP

On April 4th, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) of 2016, which would amend the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 to create a federal civil remedy for trade secret misappropriation and modernize trade secret protection by creating a unified, consistent body of law nationwide. On Wednesday, May 11th, Covington’s Trade Secrets group invites you to join us for a program on the implications of the DTSA.
In-house counsel and Covington attorneys will also present two interactive panel discussions on:
-
