In the midst of the recent deluge of labor regulations imposed upon federal government contractors, this webinar centers on what is perhaps the most comprehensive new regulation: the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order (the “FPSW Order"). Among other things, the FPSW Order will require contractors to disclose in their proposals for government contracts violations of any one of 14 federal labor laws, as well as violations of the state equivalents to those laws.
