Since June 2013, the federal government has issued three sets of regulations on employer wellness programs, creating new issues in complying with these sometimes inconsistent rules. Creative and effective wellness programs are now subject to challenge merely because they are not permitted within the onerous new rules. In this seminar, attorneys Kirk A. Pelikan and Charles P.
