Employee Benefits Broadcast (Spring 2015)

, Hosted By Foley & Lardner LLP

Tuesday, March 31, 2015 - 12:00 PM

Please join Foley’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation attorneys on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 for the spring session of the 2015 Employee Benefits Broadcast, "Fiduciary Duties for 401(k) and Defined Contribution Plans: More Dangerous Than Ever."

401(k) and other defined contribution plans are the dominant vehicle through which employers provide retirement benefits. However, the rise in defined contribution plans has triggered a dramatic increase in litigation alleging that plan fiduciaries have failed with respect to the plan, the plan’s investment options, and the fees paid by the plan. Our web conference will explore developments in this important area, and how plan sponsors can protect themselves.

The Employee Benefits Broadcast provides participants with needed information in the most efficient manner possible — only a telephone line and Internet access are required to participate — allowing employee benefits professionals to stay up-to-date with timely information from anywhere in the nation.

Speakers:

  • Gregg H. Dooge, Partner, Foley & Lardner LLP

  • Isaac J. Morris, Senior Counsel, Foley & Lardner LLP
