A Discussion of the New “Waters of the U.S.” Rule, the latest installment in the Environmental Law Update Web Conference Series, where we will examine the U.S. EPA’s recently issued final rule defining “waters of the United States” for purposes of determining Clean Water Act jurisdiction.

We will discuss significant changes from the proposed rule, potential impacts on developments involving wetlands and other water bodies, and information regarding possible judicial review.
