Part III: Breach Notification
This webinar will provide an encompassing examination of recent changes to the HITECH Act’s Breach Notification Rule. The panel will also provide an analysis of the changes to data breach risk assessments, the impact of the Department of Health and Human Services’ increased enforcement actions on entities, and recommended compliance actions.
