Retaliation and whistleblower claims continue to rise and create substantial risk for employers. These claims can be difficult for employers to prevent, manage and defend against. In this session, attorneys Daniel A. Kaufman, Christopher R. Parker and Sara R. Whaley will discuss the potential pitfalls related to such claims and key ways for employers to reduce the risk of these claims in light of recent developments.
